Very poor and disappointing experience with SHAMS. It took them 10 days just to cancel a visa, which normally takes only a few minutes. Even after the visa was already cancelled in ICP, they intentionally delayed providing the cancellation document for several more days.

On top of that, SHAMS required an unnecessary deposit payment at the time of visa cancellation, adding to the frustration. These repeated and intentional delays not only created unnecessary pressure from our client but also damaged our professional reputation.

A Free Zone authority is expected to provide smooth and professional services, but unfortunately, SHAMS has failed to deliver even the basic level of efficiency and transparency.

At Shams, both their portal and the customer services team work with amazing efficiency.

Portal - the portal is just brilliantly designed so as to suit every requirement. It’s just fabulous. A lot of thoughts must have gone into designing it. Kudos to their IT team.

People - The people at Shams are amazing. They respond to your requests with accurate information and provide services with a smile.

I couldn’t believe that there exists an organization such as Shams which makes your interaction with them so smooth and a pleasing experience.
