At Shams, both their portal and the customer services team work with amazing efficiency.Portal - the portal is just brilliantly designed so as to suit every requirement. It’s just fabulous. A lot of thoughts must have gone into designing it. Kudos to their IT team.People - The people at Shams are amazing. They respond to your requests with accurate information and provide services with a smile.I couldn’t believe that there exists an organization such as Shams which makes your interaction with them so smooth and a pleasing experience.I am extremely glad that I have been able to complete all my formalities including Trade License and Residence Visa from comfort of my home.Congratulations to Shams for having such a wonderful team!!!

Ms Lovely Willis made my customer support experience like a breeze and resolved the challenges I faced while processing my application on the portal. Her willingness to help, intelligence and willingness to take initiative to help made my life easy.The email instructions sent to clients need to be aligned with the actual dashboard items to avoid confision. Also, when processing my Visa application, the portal needs to be developed to allow saving data in case the user logged out for any reason instead if starting the whole process all over again. With these frustrations having someone helpful like Ms Lovely helped a lot. Thanks for your support SHAMS

Yasmeen have been very helpful and supportive today at Shams Customer Service to process my trade license cancellation request. She was very professional, friendly, easy to communicate with and greeting customers with a smile. The experience it's being simply amazing. The facilities at Sharjah Business Center are very modern and comfortable.What really makes the difference is the team, it's just fantastic. They are customer-focused and you notice this in everyone you talk to.
